Unsatisfactory, magnetic and arrived with rust

I bought this item as it said it was made of 304 stainless steel This product is not only magnetic as the magnet easily sticks to it, but also arrived with some rust.

Pros

Manufactured from 304 stainless steel, welds with two concentric tubes of different diameters can form an airtight seal against leaks.
