Review on Durable Peicees Backpack: Versatile Shoulder Crossbody Bag for Enhanced Resilience by Shane Jenkins

Poor design, strong chemical smell and design for right-handed people who carry bags

**UPDATE** The company offered me a full refund in exchange for a positive review. I find the quality of the product I received below average, but since I was offered a full refund I find the customer service above average. Thanks very much! I've been using this bag for 10 days now. When I opened the package there was a strong chemical smell, like a tire but worse. I let it air out a bit and sprayed it with air freshener. The smell was so strong that I could smell it from other rooms in my house. It's been 10 days and the chemical smell is still there. Three days ago I noticed that the nylon straps holding the fragile plastic clips were tearing from the bag's fabric (as shown in the photo). Also, the rectangular ring that holds the strap to the bag becomes wobbly no matter how many times I put it back in place (also pictured). In addition, this bag is not for left-handers! It's comfortable for me to carry as a right-handed person, but if you're left-handed then be careful, THIS BAG IS RIGHT-HANDED. The bag holds everything I need, that's the only reason it gets two stars.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
