Review on KINGOU EVA Road Bike Handlebar 🚴 Tape - 2PCS Bicycle Bar Wraps Set by Derek Dolla

BEFORE YOU BUY: Read the fine print. This strip tape has no self-adhesive backing. All the instructional videos I saw prior to purchasing showed tape with an adhesive backing, which made sense to me. However, when the steering wheel tape arrived I was shocked to discover there was no tape on the back (I obviously didn't read the fine print). To be honest I thought I was being scammed until I checked the product and saw there was no glue on the back. I looked at previous product reviews, did my research, and found that many cyclists actually prefer adhesive-free bar tape because it doesn't leave a sticky, clumpy residue. What I did was start from the bottom, tape up. , and wrapped go at an angle. It is important to wrap it very tightly. It's long enough to reach the end of the pole where you can tape one of the (actually adhesive) strips of tape that come with the pole tape, but I used blue tape to match the rest of the pole tape. The first time I wrapped the flaps I think I did it pretty well. I haven't taken it on a trip yet, so this review is only for the application and appearance of the product. My bike's frame is light green so it really stands out. The silver caps are cheap plastic but look nice. In general I recommend!
