Review on Ottomatik by Matt Simpsons

I like how easy it was for me as an admin to set up this software in our organization (our IT department). It makes life so much easier! There are not many features we do need right now but if they ever add them then we would be more than happy to use those too! The fact that you can easily create new users without having any special skills or knowledge of programming languages. This allows us to have people who don't know anything about computers manage servers which has been great since most admins at my previous job had no computer experience whatsoever. We needed something where someone could go into their own account settings and change things such as email addresses etc themselves instead of needing help from another person. With OTKM it lets anyone handle these issues all by themselves allowing other staff members time back for other duties.
