Review on SBS Ground Control by Domonic Roberts

I like that it is customizable, so you can make your own rules for what needs done when or how often etc., but also has helpful features such as auto-notifications of tasks & reminders via email/text messages which are very useful! Some things could be made more user friendly - especially if using with multiple employees would have some sort guidance in there somewhere (which isn't always easy). But otherwise its great!! And definitely worth giving them try since they do offer free trial period too where we were able use their software without any commitments at all before deciding whether this was something suitable / beneficial enough :) I like that it has all of the features that we need for our business. It is easy to use, but not too user friendly. Some things are hard to find, and some functions are very confusing. The customer support is great! They are always willing to help. We have been able to streamline our processes and make them more efficient. We can also track everything in one place. This makes my job easier.
