I like that it has all of the modules we need and then some. It is very well organized and easy to use.The interface is intuitive and simple, which makes training other users much easier. The support team is also very helpful. They are always willing to help answer questions or provide guidance. I dislike that there isn't more flexibility in the scheduling module. I like that it is customizable, so you can make your own rules for what needs done when or how often etc., but also has helpful features such as auto-notifications of tasks & reminders via email/text messages which are very useful! Some things could be made more user friendly - especially if using with multiple employees would have some sort guidance in there somewhere (which isn't always easy). But otherwise its great!! And definitely worth giving them try since they do offer free trial period
