At the current $140 with coupon, I'm not expecting the picture quality of an Apple Retina display, and there are some compromises, like being picky about color. If you're just looking at working papers and/or don't know what a color scheme is, this is a great image. Casual gaming (on console or PC) is possible, but 60Hz is not suitable for serious/competitive gaming. For reference, an HDMI to mini HDMI cable is about 4 feet long. Images with gradients. - The sound is not very good, but expected something. - Please note that at the time of writing no additional packaging (ie a regular brown box) is supplied as standard, just a shrink box showing what it is (photo as supplied).
