Overall experience has mostly good with some areas room improvements
The best part of Marketo is the ability to track leads and their progress through the sales process. The platform also allows for custom campaigns and email integration. I wish they had more templates to choose from for specific campaigns. I always end up creating my own because they don't have the right templates. I wish they had more templates for specific industries. It would be nice to have templates for restaurants and retail. I also wish there was a way to have the email send to the correct person in the account. I used Marketo to track and organize all of our sales activities. I've been able to track all of our leads and progress through the sales process. I've also been able to send automated emails to team members to let them know what stage of the sales process they're in.

- We use it at work as well so we can see how each individual's efforts are progressing throughout different stages within Salesforce CRM! Very helpful tool!! :)
- There really isn't much that i dislike about this product but maybe if you could create your own template or design instead using pre made ones?
