Wow, never heard the lower ham radio bands before. I just upgraded these RTLSDR dongles to SDRplay RSPdx and I have a disc cone antenna in my attic for public safety scanning and such, but I wanted to research ham radio operators and with this loop antenna I can listen well. Just set the RSPdx to IF 2MHz or lower, turn on the gain and listen. Also, I didn't use the -t-offset that came with this antenna, I just turned on the -t-offset on the RSPdx and the signal was fine, so one less cable messing up space.
