The best thing about this program was how easy it made creating rewards cards to give out with my customers! I didn't have time or energy in our busy store to create new ones every week as needed so they were great!! It also helped me track who had what when giving them away - very helpful if you are doing large promotions like coupons where there can be many people trying to redeem their coupon all day/weekend etc. There really isn’t anything bad we dislike but maybe having more options of different types other than just money off would help? We gave these things to everyone from kids up through adults (even those over 60)and no one ever complained after receiving one! They loved getting something extra each month without even asking.
