Began to fall apart after 3 months. UPDATE: The company is not responding to emails or phone calls regarding the warranty.
The welds in the middle part came loose in 3 different places after 3 months of use. Really very disappointed with the poor quality of the frame. UPDATE - As of February 2018 the two parties have fully parted ways, THE COMPANY DOES NOT RESPONSE TO WARRANTY CLAIMS. You will see a lot of comments on the company's negative reviews stating that there is a 5 year guarantee as well as an email address and phone number. Also, I received no response to the phone number and email address the company left for my initial verification. The 800 number goes straight to voicemail and they do not answer emails to their customer service email address.
