The photos I've attached tell most of the story but not all. let me explain. 1.) If you're wearing UV-protective sunglasses (which means almost all pairs cost over $10), brace yourself for almost not being able to see your screen. The photo I took is actually pretty flattering, in reality it's almost unusable and much darker than the picture. 2.) The third picture is actually hard to see, but it shows what the sticker does with LOCA glue. There is a sticker that you must remove AFTER everything is fully installed. Basically, the UV light cures the resin differently than the rest, which seems to cause problems with the fingerprint scanner, even after removing and re-registering my prints. 3.) The last and most serious problem: Proximity sensor problems. I used my phone for about 3 days with no problems before installing this protector and then almost immediately after installing this protector I noticed my screen keeps turning on during calls. That meant opening up RTT and other messaging apps and toggling all sorts of options in the notification bar. Removing the protection solved the problem. Worst problem so far. I don't know where the sensors are on this device, but there is something wrong with this particular guard. 4.) Added bonus: The small ribs on the bottom of the glass appear to be designed to keep a constant gap between the glass's screen. It seems like a good idea, but the protrusions are VERY noticeable in streetlight or direct light. .5.) Additional bonus: Installation. More absorbent pads need to be placed around the outside of the shell. Glue goes everywhere. Worse, it seems to hide in little nooks and crannies on the sides of the phone. So I ended up using a UV light on the sides around the device to dry the glue residue as well. Finally, I'll involve the pros: 1.) Appearance: Beautiful. 2.) Tray: It takes work, but very welcome 3.) Oleophobic Coating: Perfectly smooth 4.) Price: You get everything you need for 2 complete installations. However, it has too many problems that make the phone too difficult to use.
