The bike is fine but the instructions that came with it didn't match the model so it took us longer than it should have assembled as we spent a lot of time on looking for details that didn't even exist. After assembly it seemed comfortable enough for my kid, but when we tried it out we found that the rear wheel wasn't touching the ground securely. Therefore it is extremely difficult to actually use the bike as all the power comes from the rear wheel. I don't know how to fix it. I wish the manufacturer provided a guide, in this case it would be 5.
