This is a Delco AC coil, not a cheap Chinese fake. The seller's price for this item is great! The OEM coil on my 1997 Chevy Silverado V8 5.7L Vortec engine (200,000 miles) was attached to the base with 2 rivets so you had to drill it out - easy - took about 3 minutes and 1 of them started right the right size drill bit that fits my drill bit. The only thing I regret about this item (not the seller's fault btw) is that it doesn't come with a set of bolts/nuts/washers to use after I drill out the rivets to install. You will need a set of two #6 1 1/2" bolts and nuts with washers (flat and lock washer) or star lock washers to secure it to the baseplate. Once installed it works great! I also recommend anyone who has one replaced very old coil spend another $60-80 and replace the OEM electronic ignition control module which is on the same mounting plate as the coil mine also had over 200k miles so instead of working on it twice I looked around both taken care of together - hopefully I'll save myself a headache and time later.
