Don't know this product came direct from the company, used it before at a local store and used it for a year and this time got it from Amazon and my husband and I started one allergic reaction around the lips, instead of helping with dryness, they began to feel a burning sensation around the lips and redness, a feeling of warmth, as if they had eaten a lot of spicy food. As soon as we stop using the product, everything stops, we try again and start over. Be careful. Now that I'm more aware that we can get a counterfeit product coming from another country and not regulated, be careful. That's all I'm saying.
