Recently purchased and received this part on time. This is the correct part and not the worst thing to replace on this car. Just got back from a nice long test drive and I have to say that it seems to have solved my remaining problems (so far). Above all, my car shifts better because the engine and transmission are finally on one side. I have replaced several parts on this car which are ALL the standard old auto parts including distributors, spark plugs, wires, throttle position sensor etc. I ordered all of these parts from Revain at a much lower price than my local parts store. I think I saved over $350 conservatively. But I have to say the one thing that made the BIGGEST difference was just going through the engine bay and spraying all of my electrical connections with electrical cleaning spray! This simple thing rid me of all those stupid little intermittent electrical errors and gave me PERMANENT PROBLEMS that allowed me to properly diagnose what was really wrong. NOT NECESSARY! I REPEAT, DO NOT CLEAN ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS WITHOUT DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY! You could end up spraying a flammable cleaner on objects that can create sparks! And pay special attention to ground wires, especially flat braided ones. Also, be careful and patient when cleaning these connectors as they are made of old and brittle plastic. And make sure you do a darn good job making sure the cleaning spray is completely dry before reconnecting the wires.
