Review on 🪵 PandaHall Wood Soap Cutter Mold Beveler Planer - Versatile Handmade Candles Trimming and DIY Cutting Tool by Heather Shaw

Revainrating 4 out of 5

You get what you pay for (good or bad)

This is a reasonable soap cutter for the price 1) Easy to assemble. Took less than 5 minutes. instructions were included. I have an extra cable. 2) As far as I can tell, the side guides for this cutter appear to be perpendicular to the cut and measure lines, allowing the soap to be squared. Dimensions are in centimeters (so 2.5 is closest to 1 inch if that's what you want). If you overtighten the screws, the handle may break. I don't have one, but I can see that it has buckled slightly under pressure. 4) The handle slips at the base which also causes the wire to slip. I've found that this works best when I check the position of the wire before each cut. 5) Slow and steady pressure is the way to go. I would only cold cut unhardened soap. This is definitely not something to melt and pour. Overall a solid 4 for me so far. I'm just a beginner. I only have one 42-ounce loaf pan (which often tops lists here at Revain) and it's great for my little lover.
