I bought this harness because the harness in the picture seems to cover the middle part of the cat. The image does not really match the actual product. Instead, the strap ends about 1 inch from the front legs. She has 13 in her chest and 9 pounds. I bought the medium and it is the right size for her. It is easy to attach and easy to set up. It appears to be a good harness but with a deceptive image. Edit: My cats hate this harness. They act like it restricts their movement. I know it's some kind of cat drama, but obviously they don't like it. I'm switching to the strap-only type and the cats are very happy.
