Only works after 9+ months!

ONLY NOT WORKING AFTER 9 MONTHS! There's no reason I just started brewing just 2 teaspoons of coffee. Then, after contacting the COMPANY "DRINKPOD" LLC, they immediately started sending my spam to my email! I just wanted to make a warranty claim! Annnd Revain can't seem to hire an English speaking customer service representative to help you with issues like this! raven nonsense! Customer service is no more! Save your money! They don't even meet the "promised" schedule for a Prime member!
