Review on 🏋️ OPTP Posture Ball 6-Inch (474) - Premium Foam Roller Massage Ball for Effective Physical Therapy, Exercise, and Fitness by Kim Aguilar

While this bauble has been a lifesaver for my neck (rolling over the top of the bauble twice a day) it has been since I started to ovoid bought it 14 months ago. I manage to work this "egg" by rolling it together, but then it doesn't even press down on my spine. When this egg rolls sideways, it doesn't deliver enough pressure because it has too large a radius on its "flat" axis. I could buy a new one every year but I think I'll look for another brand that's made out of a better non-memory material like polyurethane. I think I expected it to last longer.
