I wear a size 5 for women and find size 3 comfortable for bigger kids. I spent a whole day in it while kayaking with friends. It feels good in the hand and is very light. The only problem is that my heel started rubbing a little. Luckily I had those waterproof heel straps so I put one on and I was fine for the rest of the day. They tend to get stuck in holes when walking on pebbles or pebble rocks, but are very easy to read. Mostly not a bad buy.
