Replaces the cheap 16t freewheel that came with the bike. Immediately after installing it, I had the best ride I've ever had. 20t is great for lifting with 48t at the front. The 18t fixed gear just isn't fun on long descents and would be too much for the climb today, and the cheap 16t just wasn't an option on the climb. The ratchet body is much larger in diameter than the previous ratchet, so I was afraid I would fail too quickly. Of course this is not the case as it depends on the size of the warehouse? This must mean it will take a while. I really like this product and I hope it helped someone. I've had a lot of help reading these reviews in the past. It's a larger diameter, I had to buy a new SRAM chain for $12 from LBS. I removed the wrong link and suffered for a minute, but in general it was worth it. Note that it uses a 2-prong freehub as opposed to the 4-prong freehub I removed the last one with and I had to use a piece of pipe on a crescent wrench. Raise your head, you don't need any tools to install it. Just hand tighten and the wheel will do the rest.
