The best part about high five meetings are how they can be held virtually anywhere (in addition to being able to connect people who may not have enough resources or space otherwise).

Additionally I love just having my content all in one place so if someone has questions later it's nice to go back through what was said during the session. It sometimes gets confusing when there isn't anyone else actively presenting but still wanting some type of presentation/content displayed at times. If your team needs an effective formality solution without spending too much time setting up then this is great! Our organization holds many internal seminars each year where we often use something along these lines as well.
