I only got it today but I had to try it. The cord is longer so it can be plugged directly into an outlet without the need for an extension cord like Keurig's. The water tank is on the back but is easy to access and easy to remove, but I prefer to leave it by just taking the lid off and filling it with a large plastic cup. There is a water meter on the front so you can easily see when it needs to be filled and it also has a flashing low water indicator. looks beautiful. It has 3 preset cup sizes but you can change them and do more like I did. The on/off button is red, this kettle works differently than the Keurig, when the lights stop flashing it's ready to brew your cup. There's a beep when your cup is ready, which is nice. It will turn off automatically after one hour, there will be a tiny beep when it turns off. My cup tasted wonderful, but it needed to cool down a bit before I could taste it. literally hot steam comes out of the coffee. You don't get that at Keurig. when brewing, the motor sounds very strong, it heats up very quickly and also brews your cup. Keurig sounded like the engine was straining and about to shut down, which it did, shut down completely. (We had 2 Keurigs and both did the same thing). I wish I had read the reviews of the Keurig before buying it but I didn't, I mean does everyone have a Keurig? rzunimag. I think NO, at least none that they haven't sent back. I will update this review if I have anything negative to say about it. I'd happily give this coffee maker a 10 right now. Oh, and it came with a box of coffee. The price was a good $59.
