When choosing tires for the winter, I looked and read the reviews: it was written in all that the tire is wonderful, it holds the road well, but noisy. At the same time, everyone evaluated the noise differently: someone said that the noise was like that of any other spike, someone that the noise was simply unbearable. In my opinion, the truth is in the middle: I had studded tires before, but here the noise is clearly higher, especially at speeds above 50-60 km / h. At the same time, the sound is tolerable for me, but of course, if comfort is extremely important to you, then most likely you should refrain from buying spikes. There are no complaints about the rest of the rubber characteristics - I have already managed to ride on ice, and on porridge, and on dry asphalt. I use a month.
