I ran this on my laptop to keep the temperature down. I had 92C stock hardware without any modifications. I lowered my CPU voltage and lowered the temperature to 84C and the Intel XTU score was 10 points higher. Excellent! I then applied the Cryonaut Thermal Grizzly which I ordered from the Little Cooling Store. I ran tests to see how much better my temps would be aaannnnddddd. My temperature rose to 94°C! And it was low voltage! I thought I made a software glitch, so I reset the voltage to normal and ran some more tests. The temperature rose to 96°C. It is too hot. I couldn't get below 92C even at lower voltage, so I decided to reapply my quality paste in case I was wrong. When I looked at my gluing job after removing the heatsink, it really looked perfect; seeped very little, full-surface and also not thick. It was good work! But tests don't lie, do they? So I cleaned everything up and reapplied the paste, this time using a different technique. When I put everything back together and ran the same tests as before, I got the same results. That's ridiculous. Revine, why are you putting these fakes on your side? I knew Jeff was divorced and lost half his fortune, but that's no reason to abandon ship and give up quality control on your vendors. terrible. And now they want me to send it back for a refund. Yes I will do it and take my money because it is fake. Disgusting.
