Incomplete order. - Fenders & Fenders

I ordered a set of fenders for my 2021 Honda Civic 4 Dr Sedan to fit any wheel arch. But instead I got two sets for the driver's side, front and rear. There are none on the passenger side. How do I get a kit for the passenger side of the car?
