Update: Almost a month has passed and no one from the company has answered. Once you buy them I think everything; no escort. Deducted a star for poor customer service and monitoring as a Revain seller. The bottom line is that I was able to install the racks like the originals on my 2009 Camry. The stands appear solid and of high quality. However, I believe I got a defective assembly because after tightening both ends I noticed that the end holes didn't line up with the balls on the hood where I needed to attach the struts. So I had to loosen one end on each post to line up the entire post with the connector balls. I read that another reviewer had this problem, but I didn't take it to heart, but I should have. I know one end on each side isn't fully tightened so that worries me a little but I can see the struts holding the hood up so it's better than where I was before. But I feel like I agree with this product as it didn't install without problems. At the moment both sides are fitted, my hood won't fall off and I don't want to disrupt the return process so I'm keeping it. But it would be nice if the seller would get back to me and send me a working block that has the end holes in the right place when fully tightened. I will update my rating soon based on seller feedback.
