Complete and Basic Kit

This kit was installed on a 2000 Toyota Tundra used to haul hay. Installation was easy and the holes were easy to find and drill. Care must be taken when drilling holes on the driver's side, insert a piece of metal or wood into the frame to protect the wiring there. I didn't like their suggestions for the fill valve location, so I made a separate metal tab near the receiver coupler. Push-in fittings for air hoses are very easy to use, very pleasant to the touch. I tested it with air at 50psi for a week and it only lost about 5psi and then stabilized, probably just air cooling. The only problem I see is that it is on a spring in front of the axle rather than directly under the axle. That puts it a little in the firing line if you're strapping on V-bar chains in the winter, especially when the airbags are inflated. Haven't tried mounting chains yet, know if this is a problem for you. It might be possible to just make a sheet metal guard if there is an interference problem.

Pros
  • Air Spring Kits
Cons
  • Nothing Here
