WOW! Now I have a real truck!

My 2005 4WD Tundra had very long rear leaf springs which made for a very soft ride when carrying a heavy load. The load capacity is supposed to be 1500lbs but I could put 500lbs in the back and it would hit the rubber bumpers. Very annoying. Put on those Firestone bags and WOW! Now I have a truck! The hardest part of the whole installation was drilling the holes in the frame for the top bracket. But other than that it was pretty easy. They have great instructions and great illustrations…

Great kit! in Air Spring Kits

Just finished installing this kit on a 2005 Tundra. Quality kit, everything you need for installation is provided, grade 8 screws, heavy gauge steel and strong bags. Not a big fan of "pinned" locknuts. They do a lot of damage to the screw threads. If for any reason you need to remove I would replace both the nut and bolt. If like me you're trying to mock up before a full install just to check for clearance/fitting issues, then grab your old plain 3/8" nuts and get to work. Those nuts don't come

Complete and Basic Kit

This kit was installed on a 2000 Toyota Tundra used to haul hay. Installation was easy and the holes were easy to find and drill. Care must be taken when drilling holes on the driver's side, insert a piece of metal or wood into the frame to protect the wiring there. I didn't like their suggestions for the fill valve location, so I made a separate metal tab near the receiver coupler. Push-in fittings for air hoses are very easy to use, very pleasant to the touch. I tested it with air at 50psi…
