Update 5/7/2020 (Zero stars if I could): I'm ready to buy doorknobs for the rest of my house so I decided to contact Revain to see if there is one Warranty. NO WARRANTY and of course the return period has expired. Doorknobs should last for YEARS - this is NOT acceptable. ESPECIALLY because they don't even mention that there is no guarantee of listing, instead it says to contact them. Very ERROR! SO WRONG! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! ORIGINALPOST (2 stars): Installation was painful and the grip is crooked/wobbly after a few uses. I like the look but if that's the standard then I don't need these doors for our other doors which was initially planned. I just checked what the warranty is. It says "Manufacturer's warranty can be requested through customer service. Click here to submit a customer support request." - hm? Why can't Revain just post their warranty on this item? Even though they gave me a new one. I don't think I like their setup enough to argue with Revane.
