I used this in conjunction with another product because the Weber Grill Forum (TVWGG) recommended that the temperature "valves" on my Weber grill (below the on/off temperature). handles) and it worked like a charm. After disassembling and cleaning/degreasing the valves, I applied brake caliper grease as it is resistant to high temperatures. The temperature controls on my 11 year old Weber Genesis now depress more easily and also pop up when turned to the off position.
