It's easy to use, but I found it a bit messy and frustrating.
Large - very large courgettes will not do and if you cut them you will not have the necessary grip to roll the courgettes. Also, you can't use all the veg because it's handmade and you lose your footing as the veg gets smaller, and zucchini gets mushy and you don't want to stick your finger in to taste it. get every bite, or they get sliced too (even my little fingers).
