I'm going to contact customer service. We received the unit and it looks to be fairly well constructed. I charged both Batteries upon receipt. And went out this morning to use the blower. The first battery lasted about 2 minutes (if that?), and the second battery about 3 minutes before dying. So that's entirely unacceptable. Of course my wife is now upset with me and said I should have bought, a DeWalt or other name brand. But for the price, this unit actually received "good reviews" overall. So I'll recharge the batteries and if this happens again I'll have to assume that the unit is defective, or the batteries shoddy or perhaps a returned product from another customer, that was just re-packaged and then sent out to another customer who happened to be "me". I get that things go wrong, but I'll see how their customer service handles this. If no good, I'll spend the extra and buy the "Name Brand" product.
