This rack could be useful. However, during construction I noticed a number of design and construction flaws.1. Welded studs fail to ensure proper engagement with adjacent members2. Supplied with screws that are too short to connect to the inner tube.3. Rusted on the 2nd day after a light rain the previous night.4. The picture above shows the connection of the outer bolt to the pipe less than an inch. Once fully tightened I was able to move the bar easily. In this way, the upper bars can be separated from the bars with little effort and your load is ready to go.
