This jacket fits great. I am 5'9" and the sleeves are long enough for me (which is usually not the case). I am 140 lbs. and when I tighten all of the adjusters, the medium is snug without being too tight . The only issue I had was with the condition in which I received it. Almost all of the pink part showed dirt like it had either been worn through dusty wind or dropped on the warehouse floor and kicked around. I sent it back and they replaced it with one that was no different in condition. I just kept it and cleaned it since I figured that it would get dusty out here in CA anyway.
