Well, if you have the original rubber, if not then for free
As others have pointed out, they work best when the original rubber on the stick is still slightly or almost intact. With the elastic gone (like mine) this mount will come loose when installed on the left thumb pad (which is where I use it). So for my purposes - satisfactory. My son wanted his pad to have more debris on the original rubber - it's securely attached to his controller.
