It's very user-friendly! The interface is easy to use even if you are not familiar with coding language or technology in general (I'm self taught). We were able solve our problem of having too many different options that needed tracking from one place at once; it has allowed us greater control over this process than before as well allowing multiple teams within my organization access without worry about security issues like using other tools have caused me previously when trying similar things myself years ago.
