Halogen to LED quick conversion
I have replaced some very bright (and expensive to run) halogen bulbs in a sconce with LEDs, but couldn't get enough brightness, but according to the manual I took out the halogen sockets and replaced them with these, which doubled the number of LEDs I could use.These sockets are especially useful in tight spaces.
