Too expensive for what it is made of. It should be more like $65 or less for the material type.
It's not all wood as written on the details. Only the borders and accessories are made of wood, the rest is filled with styrofoam like pressed boards. Some parts were bent and some screws were misaligned so assembly was tricky to avoid stripping the screws. It's sturdy enough to play with. The last piece, which attaches like a handle, is actually attached to the wall of the dollhouse, preventing it from falling forward for safety.
