The lugs are very weak on switches and relays

Sturdy durable switch that feels last from another company fell apart Mounting lugs are very weak I used small screws and tightened them almost fully, they broke tab on one side of this one and both sides disconnect 3000 amps from the same company. I managed to fix it with ties but in one place too tight to replace time and effort I will add photos later
