Let me first say that I am very grateful that they are being made and sold. They seem to be the only option for those of us who drove early 2000's Dodge and Chrysler minivans. My native radio worked and sounded fine. It was an equity investment. I've added an interface so you can connect your iPod and listen to your own music with decent quality. The display failed about two years ago and I've just learned to live with it. But I finally decided to upgrade, and it was an essential part of being able to use the dual din Android receiver that I really wanted. The finish is acceptable but the reason I only gave it a 4 out of 5 is because I assume the production was torn apart but was still visible in the radio opening. So I had to spend some time smoothing it out with a flat file. I wish it had a nicer finish than the original bezel - sort of carbon fiber on the sides, but that's fine. It does the job. HOWEVER, I had to make some modifications to the radio hole when I got there to allow my head unit to fit far enough to snap the new panel in place, so be prepared for that. After you removed the factory unit, there were basically a couple of thick plastic protrusions in the area behind the radio that served no apparent purpose. They had to be removed to properly install the radio unit. I didn't have a cutting tool or saw to penetrate that small space, so I just grabbed the tabs with a vise and bent and twisted until they broke. They also don't tell you that you're going to lose much of that lower air-conditioned storage space. You replace it with a smaller storage compartment that is narrower and flatter, but you must remove the old storage compartment or "sleeve" before you can reattach the new faceplate. UPDATE: I returned this item for an exchange after finding a micro crack in one of the small pieces that are attached. The seller suggested I could live with the defect but for the price I wanted it to be perfect and I knew the crack would always bother me. He kindly approved the return for a full refund. The second bezel was in much better condition. No roughness in the opening under the radio, no cracks. Very nice, really. Tip: If you are installing a 01-07 Dodge Estate and choose to use the plastic radio brackets included in this kit, located on the underside of the left bracket between the top and bottom mounting slots. Cut or file it. I found it necessary (as did another installer I watched on YouTube) to lengthen the mounting holes on the left bracket by about 1/8 inch to move the main unit to the left by that amount. Otherwise it wouldn't fit. The small plug mentioned above prevents the head unit from being moved horizontally to the left to adjust the mount.
