These blocks fit my sink faucet and will also fit 1/2 " NPT
I think there is a lot of misinformation surrounding G 1/2. I have 1/2" NPT in my toolbox and they are G 1/2 compatible although you can buy an adapter between them. Also, I'd say almost any replacement sink spray head will do. If your old spray head has a 13/16" male thread on the OD, any thread labeled G 1/2 will do. G 1/2 and 1/2" NPT have 1/2" ID. The experts" in mine local plumbing store were clueless. And the experts of several atomizer sellers were utterly useless even if they were actually selling copies of the same faucet model as mine.
