You don't know how good a company is until you have a problem. We installed a two-stage whole house filter just for our kitchen sink because we didn't want to install an extra faucet and didn't want to change the filters too often. My wife didn't like the taste of the tap water even though she passed the water tests with flying colours. That's why we chose Ispring because it removes all the substances that make water taste bad, but left behind most of the minerals that make it tasty. the water is delicious. After installing the water and running it for 1/2 hour, the taste of the water became worse than before. Shit. I called Don at Ispring and he suggested washing the plastic containers with soap and water and letting the water run for 1-2 hours. He also told me about other, more expensive filters that might be an option if we weren't satisfied (I really didn't want to spend more $$) and assured me that he would work with us until we were satisfied. . completely satisfied. We did what he suggested and it improved a lot but still had an aftertaste. The next day, before I even called him again, 2 new (more expensive) filters showed up and I was told everything was covered and our main concerns were that we were happy. WOW. I just installed new filters and my wife has a smile on her face. love to see it Thanks to Don and Ispring******UPDATE****** I bought my system on November 3rd, 2020. Now 11/13/2021. The water had a taste. The filters are rated for 50,000 gallons of water, but the gauge only reads 3,600 gallons. I'm calling ISpring and OMG, I'm getting a call from a live person. No perpetual queue or phone support. I'm talking to Sean. He not only knows his stuff, but also sends two different types of filter sets to try out for free. He then gives me a brief introduction to water quality and provides me with the information I need to run an inexpensive test so I can customize my system filters for my city's specific water contaminants. No excuses, no, he's over a year old, no email contact, and I might get in touch with you. Just the good old fashion that we keep behind our product and we want the customer to be happy. I can't thank you enough!
