[Two-Stage Effective Filtration] The whole house water filter has 1st-Stage premium 5-micron polypropylene sediment filter (FP15B) captures dirt, sand, silt, dust, rust, and scale particles, using high quality coconut shell carbon and highly compact fabrication tech, 2nd-stage CTO filter(FC15B) knocks out cloudiness as well as bad tastes and odors, removes over 90% of chlorine, and is highly effective on VOCs like pesticides, herbicides, and industrial solvents. [Superb Filtration Capacity] 10"x4. 5" replaceable whole house water filters can provide up to a full year of clean water(up to 50, 000 gallons) for a family of four. 1-inch inlet and outlet ports allow fast water flow with less pressure loss. Sturdy construction for years of use.

Very well built for heavy use, just what you would expect from something you wouldn't want to replace after a few years. If there's one thing you don't like about this filtration system, it's that the filter housings are opaque and you can actually see the sediment build up. I had no problems installing the new system, I used teflon tape and pipe grease to ensure a perfect seal with no leaks. Now for a noticeable problem. The water pressure was noticeably lower, so as a precaution I took outโ€ฆ

Excellent inexpensive system

I like it very much. The smell of chlorine is finally out of my water. We have city water and it appears to be heavily chlorinated. We have had a good water filter under the kitchen sink for drinking water for many years. I never realized how bad bathing/showering with chemicals can be as bad as drinking. I found this whole house system for less money than I expected a whole house filtration system to cost and bought it. husband connected. It took him a while to install it. He has some plumbing

Great product, very well built... Easy installation July 2020 updated results

Great product, very well built... Easy installation. Be sure to use enough Teflon tape. I reduced the recording to 3/4 with a PVC sleeve. As an extra precaution, I put a cable tie around the outside edge of the bushing before inserting the 3/4" hard pipe... It's extra insurance to prevent the bushing from splintering, so why not? By the way, not all PVC grommets are created equal. If there's a visible seam on the threads, I won't use them. They tend to leak under pressure. Also, a small amountโ€ฆ

That's what I call customer service

You don't know how good a company is until you have a problem. We installed a two-stage whole house filter just for our kitchen sink because we didn't want to install an extra faucet and didn't want to change the filters too often. My wife didn't like the taste of the tap water even though she passed the water tests with flying colours. That's why we chose Ispring because it removes all the substances that make water taste bad, but left behind most of the minerals that make it tasty. the waterโ€ฆ

ISpring Makes Great Water Filters

I spent several weeks researching different water filters for the whole house and settled on I Spring. I've seen several reviews stating they had leaks and a couple reviews even said the main body cracked during installation. In my opinion the best water filter in this price range. main organs; (to which water pipes are attached and filter canisters are screwed in) is actually made of plastic. but it is very thick and firm - I was very impressed and very pleased when I received it.
