Review on SUNJOYCO by Michael Kosack

I was really dissatisfied with the quality of the surface grinding wheels I bought from SUNJOYCO for our manufacturing process. The wheels' accuracy and consistency of performance varied between batches. In addition, I didn't feel that my problems were being properly addressed by customer service. I felt upset and dissatisfied with the outcome despite my efforts to reach out and remedy the matter. Based on my experience, SUNJOYCO's abrasive products are not ones I can endorse. As a product manager, I place a premium on dependability and consistency, and I was disappointed to see that SUNJOYCO fell short.
