These are great things and I've been using them for years. I seriously never knew how much dirt accumulates on your tongue (especially when you drink and/or smoke - phew!) before I started using it. I keep one in the bathroom, one in my backpack, one in my travel bag. In combination with dental floss, mouthwash and toothpaste, this ensures the perfect fresh breath. And of the four things, the tongue scraper is the easiest and quickest. Once you get into a habit, you'll never want to be without it. They are also virtually indestructible. You only have to replace it if you lose it.
