Nice case. It is a fabric covered hard case lined with velvety fabric. I use it for healing. I bought it for travel but now I just keep all my stuff in it. A small pocket holds the bottle perfectly and elastic straps (which are a bit loose) keep alcohol swabs and syringes loosely in place. Inside - the width of a medium sized alcohol pod in a case. It can hold about 4-5 u100 0.5ml syringes, a stack of 15 alcohol wipes and my medicine bottle. I keep my script there just in case. Do not slip alcohol swabs into your pocket behind the vial.
