Review on AT2020 Foam Windscreen Vocalbeat Microphone by Sandy Johnson

Overall I am very happy with the product. It's a good barrier between my mouth. I'm not a big fan of condenser mics in general, but I bought the AT2020 so I didn't have to sit as close to the mic as I do with dynamic mics, and it serves exactly that purpose. One thing I quickly realized was that I needed some sort of barrier, and then I tripped over it. An added bonus that I didn't know I would get in advance is that I can now turn my studio monitors at low volumes when using the mic with no feedback. It wasn't possible until I added it to my mic. It fits perfectly and I will definitely buy it again. The only and very small downside is that the packaging method left dents in the foam. I was hoping it would recover after a while but after 9 days the dents are still there. It doesn't affect the use of the product, but it does affect the aesthetics and I'm a bit obsessed with these little things.
