Installation took approximately 30 minutes. The images are small, but nothing complicated. I was going to buy a Hooke Offroad but this one was $10 cheaper and looked identical. Well it is. The box contained instructions for Hook Offroad. The bracket that attaches to the hood can cause some problems, but it's easy if you do it that way. Install a screw in two parts so that the inner part does not fall into the hood. Insert the long side into the hood slot first, then the back. Now take a hex key or similar and put it in the open hole to align the inside. Tighten the started screw. Now insert the second screw. Make it easy I left mine open at the standard stem length, but I have a GMRS radio antenna on the hood and don't want to touch the top. It was easy for me as it was the shortest adaptation. So I just left both levers at the end of the groove and tightened everything up. It opens confidently and requires little effort to close. I am very happy. Especially since I saved $10 for it.
